Myers-Briggs Personality Test

Filed under: Uncategorized — blogsdon @ 12:10 pm

We’ve all taken this test at one point in our lives. This one happens to be pretty accurate, especially if you answer the questions as honestly as you can. I took it and got ENTJ. I looked up “ENTJ” on Wikipedia and, at times, it was eerily correct.

For any group of people who has ever received a mass email from me where I list all the items that I think need to be discussed and acted upon, Wikipedia says:

The ENTJ requires little encouragement to make a plan. One ENTJ put it this way… “I make these little plans that really don’t have any importance to anyone else, and then feel compelled to carry them out.” While “compelled” may not describe ENTJs as a group, nevertheless the bent to plan creatively and to make those plans reality is a common theme for NJ types. – Joe Butt, University of Virginia

A UVA quote, no less. It also says, “The negative traits contradict their strengths and they appear Argumentative, Confrontational, Insensitive, Intimidating, Controlling and so they tend to be Overwhelming.”

Take the test and leave a comment about your personality type. I’ll be the judge of how accurate it is.
